28 people killed in fires in Georgia this year
According to the National Statistics Office, 6,286 fires were reported in Georgia in the first two quarters of this year, killing 28 people and injuring 79.
At the same time, 241 buildings across the country were destroyed as a result of the fires, the Report news agency said.
In addition, according to the National Statistics Office of Georgia, in the first two quarters of 2021, 8 crimes were committed under the article of trafficking, of which the Ministry of Internal Affairs opened five cases.
