Ralph Yirikian shares Viva-MTS success story with the participants of the “Buissup” Conference

Viva-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian was invited as a key speaker at the “Buissup” Conference organized by the Association of Armenian Entrepreneurs, held in “Elite Plaza” Business Center. As Viva-MTS reported in a press release, the conference was attended by around 300 young people, who had an opportunity to discover the secrets of Viva-MTS’ success and get a closer look at the Company’s history and path.

For about 16 years now Viva-MTS operates in the Armenian market offering its subscribers telecommunications services as well as complex digital solutions. In the course of years, Viva-MTS has overcome difficulties in as much as it has successfully reached goals building a viable and an exemplary enterprise.

“Success would be impossible without hardships. Our Company has encountered all sorts of difficulties throughout these 16 years, but those have been years of sustainable and gradual growth helping us build a company that you know today,” Viva-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian said addressing the young people.

“In 2020 only a couple of months before to the COVID-19 outbreak we changed the corporate logo of the Company putting a particular stress on its strategic direction towards the youth and the digital world. Today we are in the stage of digital transformation and offer much more than mobile services. We offer a variety of applications and packages, financial and payment instruments, corporate solutions, and cloud services. Solutions for remote work are also of high demand”

Yirikian also shared about a number of instruments, which are helpful in retaining leadership in a competitive industry such as the information and telecommunication technologies. “We have to keep our hand on the pulse on a permanent basis. In other words, we cannot stay at one point for too long.”

“When I say ‘Us’, I mean Viva-MTS team – the Family. One of the most valuable assets of our Company is the people, qualified team-player professionals creating value. People in my team clearly understand Viva-MTS’ strategic importance for the country’s economy and its mission as a company bringing in corporate culture.”

Mr. Yirikian’s expertise and knowledge, which he shared in the speech inspired the future young entrepreneurs to believe in the values, which the latter want to create and to always strive to be innovative.

“The world transforms in a speed of light, and the demand for innovative ideas accelerates; that is why it is fundamental to assess how ready your mind is to face those transformations. But too often technical knowledge is not enough to keep the pace with the changes. Work on your identity and develop professionally, master leadership skills and stay faithful to your values,” Ralph Yirikian concluded.

The entrepreneurship is getting more and more attractive for young people in Armenia, and this type of conferences are a wonderful opportunity for them to discover and develop their own formula of success.
