
Seven Covid-19 deaths reported in Armenia on August 11
Armenia has confirmed 391 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 233,001 as of 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 11, the Ministry of Health reports.
139 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 221,729.
The Covid-19 death toll has increased by 6 to 4,664. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,129 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 5,479 active cases. As many as 1,409,091 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
