Defense Minister introduces the new commander of the 2nd Army Corps
Armenia's Defense Minister Arshak Karapetyan introduced on Thursday Vahram Grigoryan, the new-appointed Commander of the 2nd Army Corps of the Armed Forces to the command staff and the subordinate military units of the Army Cops.
As the Ministry reported in a press release, Minister Karapetyan thanked the former Commander Major-General Arayik Harutyunyan for the service, stressing that during the Artsakh 44-day war the military units under the command of the Corps honorably performed assigned combat missions.
Minister Karapetyan wished success to Colonel Vahram Grigoryan, expressing confidence that under the command of the new Commander, the Army Corps will perform all military tasks, in particular, the full protection of the RA borders.
