Satellite images show Azeris have destroyed the statue of USSR aviation marshal Armenak Khanperyants in Artsakh
The Azerbaijanis continue the cultural vandalism in the occupied territories of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh). As war.karabakhrecords.info reports, Azeri servicemen have destroyed not only ancient Armenian churches, cemeteries, cross-stones and monuments dedicated to the First Artsakh Liberation war but also vandalized and defaced the statues of Armenian marshals and generals who had heroically fought against fascism and Nazism in the World War II.
The satellite imagery made in July 2021 prove that Azeris have destroyed the bust of USSR aviation marsha Armenak Khanperyants (Sergey Khudyakov) erected in his home village - in Great Tagher village of Hadrut region.
The statue of Khanperyants and the MIG-17 plane were displayed at the yard of the Khanperyants Museum-house as shown in the previous images made before the war.
