30 hospitalized as bus crashes into tree in Ararat province
At least 30 passengers were hospitalized as a bus crashed into a tree in Ararat province of Armenia, the cirisis center at the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported. According to the source, the accident took place on Mkhchyan-Byuravan road at around 08։23 on Thursday. One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department dispatched to the scene. It said, 'FAV' bus had run off the roadway and crаshed into a tree.
According to initial information, 16 passengers who were injured have been taken to Ararat medical center, another 14 were transported to Yerevan Erebuni medical center.
