Armenia records 239 new Covid-19 cases on September 6
Armenia has confirmed 239 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 245,264 as of 11 a.m. Monday, September 6, the Ministry of Health reports.
446 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 229,559.
The Covid-19 death toll has increased by 13 to 4,924. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,164 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 9,617 active cases. As many as 1,577,162 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
