A working group of the Office of the Human Rights Defender leaves for Syunik province
At the instruction of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia a working group has left for Armenia's Syunik province. As the Ombudsman's Office reported, the group will implement a fact-finding mission on reported cases of violations of human rights by Azerbaijani servicemen, including around the situation of the police checkpoint placed by Azerbaijan on Goris-Vorotan road section of M2 interstate highway.
During the visit, the representatives of the Human Rights Defender will attend number of military bases to conduct studies and hold conversations with servicemen, the source said.
