
Armenia records 462 new Covid-19 cases on Sept. 27
Armenia has confirmed 462 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 259,007 as of 11 a.m. Monday, September 27, the Ministry of Health reports.
565 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 240,305.
The Covid-19 death toll has increased by 13 to 5,264. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,203 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 12,235 active cases. As many as 1,693,823 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
