Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan to meet with Pope Francis
The Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan has departed for Italy as part of the delegation of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.
As the Ombudsman's Office reported, Arman Tatoyan will attend number of meetings, including with His Holiness Pope Francis and participate in the “People as Brothers and the Future of the Country: Religions and Cultures in Dialogue” Conference and Inter-Church Prayer, organized by Sant'Egidio Community.
During the visit, the Ombudsman will attend discussions at Italian parliament and meet with representatives of international media.
