Artsakh police investigates the killing of Martakert resident by Azeri sniper
The Police of Artsakh Republic commented on the murder of Martakert resident on Saturday by Azerbaijani sniper.
"Today, at 13:15, Martakert regional police department received a report that, a resident of Martakert Aram Tepnants (born in 1966) received a fatal gunshot wound by a sniper of Azerbaijani armed forces at the pomegranate orchard near Martakert town. The law enforcement bodies are working at the scene. The circumstances of the incident will be clarified later," the statement said.
