Pianist Yeol Eum Son to perform at Armenia International Music Festival
South Korean classical pianist Yeol Eum Son will perform with the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra (ASSO) on the sidelines of the Armenia International Music Festival.
The concert is to be held at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex in Yerevan on October 17, at 8pm, organizers said.
The program features Sergei Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto No. 2 in G minor, Op. 16, Alexey Shor’s “Phoenix” Fantasy for Symphony Orchestra and Piano Concerto “Travel Notebook”.
The conductor is Sergey Smbatyan.
The Armenia International Music Festival is organized by the European Foundation for Support of Culture in collaboration with the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra and with support from the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport.
