The Baku dictator is talking nonsense on our ancient land - Vardan Voskanyan
"There is only one non-Iranian language in the South Caucasus which lacks any loanword from Persian (during the reign of the Sassanians) and Parthian (during the rule of Arshakuni Dynasty) languages, and that is the Azerbaijani language," expert in Iran Vardan Voskanyan wrote on Facebook.
"This is natural as this Turkish dialect with its carriers appeared in our region when there were neither Sassanians nor Arshakuni Dynasty. Today, the Baku dictator talks nonsense on our ancient land, claiming stupidity about our presence here since the 19th century," said Voskanyan.
In his words, regretfully, Shapuh and Arshak the Great kings are not alive to testify they had not seen Aliyev's ancestors even in the Central Assia, as those had been engaged in stockbreeding to the east of Central Asia at the time.
