Armenia and Azerbaijan set to sign two new documents in Moscow on Nov. 9, reporter says
Armenia and Azerbaijan are set to sign two new documents in Moscow on November 9, Aliq Media’s Tatul Hakobyan said on Friday, citing diplomatic sources.
“The documents, which are almost completed, will be signed by Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev with the mediation and participation of Vladimir Putin, barring any last-minute force majeure,” he wrote on Facebook.
“The first document refers to the delimitation and demarcation of the state borders between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The second document deals with the unblocking of regional communications, in particular, road corridors, including the details of establishing connection between Azerbaijan and Nakhichevan,” Hakobyan said.
