Armenia not discussing any 'corridor logic' issue, security chief says
Armenia is not discussing any 'corridor logic' issue, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan told reporters on Thursday.
"I haven't heard the Turkish president saying anything about it recently, in particular during the opening of the Varanda airport,” he said in response to a journalist's question about the use of the term "corridor" by the Turkish and Azerbaijani leaders.
Reiterating that nothing under the logic of corridor is being discussed, Grigoryan stated that the trilateral working group incluidng the deputy prime ministers of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan has fixed that all transport routes to be unblocked will be regarded as the sovereign territory of the given state.
“Azerbaijan is aware of it. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksey Overchuk has also talked about it,” Grigoryan said, calling any speculations on the issue incomprehensible.
Separately, he underlined Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan.
"We have repeatedly spoken about it. Artsakh will never be part of Azerbaijan," Grigoryan said.
