Artsakh parliament to hold special sitting on Nov. 9
In accordance with Article 114 (Part 2) of the Constitution of the Artsakh Republic, as well as Article 37 (Part 1) of the law “On the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, the Artsakh parliament will hold a special sitting on Tuesday, November 9.
The sitting has been initiated by lawmakers, the press service of the parliament said on Monday, adding there is only one issue on the agenda.
The parliament is set to adopt a statement on the inalienable right of the people of Artsakh to live freely and independently.
