Tigran Abrahamyan: Authorities in Armenia and Artsakh have no counter-play
"We had one killed and three injured as a result of the Azerbaijani terrorist act on the Stepanakert-Berdzor roadway near Shushi on November 8. When I am asked what are the possible consequences of this latest incident, I recall the October 9 incident that had taken place in Martakert direction when a farmer was shot dead by the Azerbaijani military while conducting agricultural works," opposition lawmaker Tigran Abrahamyan wrote on Facebook.
"What happened next? If we remove the noise and the follow-up border tensions, we have only a tragic fate of a man. The authorities in Armenia and Artsakh have no counter-play. Furthermore, a criminal inaction is there that would inevitably lead to new incidents," Abrahamyan added.
