Armenia faction to hold parliamentary hearings on border demarcation and delimitation
The opposition Armenia faction will hold parliamentary hearings on the demarcation and delimitation of the border with Azerbaijan on Thursday.
In a statement on Tuesday, the Armenia alliance stated that the Armenian people and statehood “are facing grave threats as a result of the policies run by the authorities”.
"The ongoing Turkish-Azerbaijani aggression has brought the issue of demarcation and delimitation to the agenda, whereby the statements of Nikol Pashinyan and some other members of the ruling regime contradict the vital interests of the Armenian people, and may become an uncontrollable threat to the physical existence of our people," the statement reads.
Due to the urgency of the problem, the faction is convening parliamentary hearings on November 25, from 11am to 16pm. In addition, a draft statement on the border demarcation and delimitation has been put on the agenda of the parliament, the bloc said.
