Constitutional Court to examine the health regulation for mandatory vaccination of employees
The Constitutional Court of Armenia will examine on Thursday the application submitted by opposition lawmakers against the decree of the health minister, mandating that all employees in Armenia have a COVID vaccination or provide PCR test results every 14 days.
As MP from opposition 'Armenia' bloc Aram Vardevanyan reported, the initiators of the application are not against the mandatory vaccination but want that the regulation comes not a forced but a conscious decision of everyone. The oral consideration of the application will start on Thursday at 11.00.
