Tigran Abrahamyan: Armenian authorities carrying out another campaign to mislead people
Armenian MP Tigran Abrahamyan from the opposition With Honor faction states that the demarcation and delimitation of the border with Azerbaijan will not help reduce the probability of border incidents.
"The authorities are trying to convince the public that the border demarcation and delimitation process will bring peace to Armenia and that’s the reason why Armenia wants the process to start as soon as possible,” he wrote on Facebook on Wednesday.
“Let me tell you straight away – it is a deception, yet another campaign to mislead the public.
“Not only upon reaching an agreement on the process, but also in the conditions of actual work, the likelihood of border incidents, aggression, hostilities of different nature will not diminish in any way. Moreover, a significant increase in risks is likely,” Abrahamyan said.
