Azerbaijani forces opened fire at combat positions of the Armenia army - defense ministry
In the evening of December 8, the units of Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire from different calibre firearms at the combat positions of the RA Armed Forces, located on the eastern section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
According to the ministry release, the adversary was silenced by the response actions taken by the Armenian forces.
"The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia calls on Azerbaijani defense ministry refrain from provocative actions aimed at escalating the situation," the statement said.
