Armenia reports 161 fresh Covid cases, 29 deaths on Dec. 14
Armenia has confirmed 161 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 342,765 as of 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 14, the Ministry of Health reports.
Overall, 5,567 Covid-19 tests were conducted on December 13.
472 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 326,304.
The Covid-19 death toll has increased by 26 to 7,845. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,480 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 7,136 active cases. As many as 2,456,948 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
