CSTO chief to visit Armenia
On December 21-23, Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Stanislav Zas will visit Armenia to meet with the highest political and defense establishments of the country and discuss the situation in the CSTO area of responsibility, the organization said in a statement on Monday.
During the visit, he is scheduled to meet with Chairman of the CSTO Collective Security Council, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The CSTO chief will submit for his approval the draft action plan for the implementation of the decisions of the September 2021 session of the CSTO Collective Security Council and the implementation of the CSTO priority activities during Armenia's presidency.
Stanislav Zas is also expected to hold talks with Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Defense Minister Suren Papikyan and Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan.
