Armenia reports 137 fresh Covid cases on Dec. 21
Armenia has confirmed 137 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 343,845 as of 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 21, the Ministry of Health reports.
Overall, 5,932 Covid-19 tests were conducted on December 20.
329 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 329,128.
The Covid-19 death toll has increased by 11 to 7,914. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,494 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 5,309 active cases. As many as 2,503,039 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
