68 Covid-19 deaths reported in Georgia in the past day
Georgian authorities have reported 2,164 new cases of COVID, bringing the tally of the total confirmed cases to 918,641, Civil.ge reports, citing the country's health authorities.
In the meantime, 3,767 more patients have recovered, taking the overall number of recoveries to 873,178. The number of fatalities rose by 68 to 13,289. To date, the number of active cases stands at 32,148.
According to the source, 1,267,354 people have received at least one jab of COVID vaccine, among them 1,104,100 persons have been fully vaccinated. 12,351 people received their jabs yesterday.
