31 patients with coronavirus infection are in severe condition in Artsakh
Artsakh confirmed 14 new coronavirus infections in the past 24 hours, the Ministry of Health reported on Saturday, December 25. In total, 184 Covid-19 tests were performed in the country on December 24.
Currently, 83 coronavirus patients are hospitalized, the ministry said, adding the patients with mild symptoms receive home treatment.
15 patients are in critical condition, while 31 others are in severe condition.
The health authorities registered one Covid-19 death over the past day.
An estimated number of 31,757 people have been tested for coronavirus in Artsakh in 2021, with 4,745 of them receiving positive test results.
The health authorities urge people to get vaccinated as soon as possible to protect themselves and their loved ones from the disease. People can receive coronavirus vaccine shots at the Republican Medical Center, Arevik Medical Association and regional medical associations, the ministry said.
