Azeri serviceman wounded in mine blast in occupied Qarvachar region
An Azerbaijani serviceman has been wounded in a mine blast in Qarvachar region of Artsakh currently under the control of the Azerbaijani forces, the local sources reported, citing the country's defense ministry.
The soldier identified as Yusif Einiyev was wounded on January 2 in the explosion of an anti-personnel mine and was transferred to a military medical facility.
According to the Prosecutor-General's Office, Einiyev underwent traumatic amputation of the lower third of his left leg as a result of the injuries in the explosion.
