Artsakh fire engine targeted by Azerbaijani troops
On January 10, at around 14:30, the Azerbaijani troops opened fire from weapons of various calibre toward Karmir Shuka-Taghavard settlements in Artsakh, the Interior Ministry of the Republic reported.
"As a result of another provocation targeting the civilian population, an UAZ truck parked near the kindergarten of Karmir Shuka community was burnt. The firefighters who had left for the scene to extinguish the fire also came under the Azeri fire. No casualties are reported after the 10-minute long shooting," the ministry said.
During the inspection of the site bullets that had penetrated the trunk of the vehicle were found. The law enforcement bodies continue the investigation, the source said, adding the situation is relatively calm at present.
