
Armenia reports 298 fresh Covid cases on Jan. 13
Armenia has confirmed 298 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 346,811 as of 11 a.m. Thursday, January 13, the Ministry of Health reports.
Overall, 5,763 Covid-19 tests were conducted on January 12.
111 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 333,311.
The Covid-19 death toll has increased by 4 to 8,014. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,514 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 3,972 active cases. As many as 2,625,952 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
