Artsakh resident got lost and occurred in the territory controlled by Azerbaijani forces
On January 14, at 15։30, the National Security Service of the Artsakh Republic received a report about a missing resident of Berdzor town identified as Andranik Hrant Aleksanyan, born in 1953. Based on the report and as a result of taken measures, it was found out the mentioned citizen got lost near Berdzor town at around 15.00 and found himself in a territory controlled by Azerbaijani armed forces. He was then detained.
The Russian peacekeeping contingent was immeduately notified about the incident and provided assurances about his safety, the Service said, adding negotiations are underway at present to return the Artsakh citizen to the Armenian side.
