EU welcomes meeting of Armenian, Turkish envoys in Moscow
The European Union welcomes the meeting of the Armenian and Turkish special envoys to be held in Moscow, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar said in a tweet.
The envoys of the two countries on Friday arrived at the Russian Foreign Ministry's Reception House in Moscow for the first meeting on normalization of bilateral relations.
Yerevan is represented by Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan, while Ankara's special representative is former Turkish Ambassador to the U.S. Serdar Kilic.
