Armenian-Turkish talks ended in Moscow
The first meeting on normalization of bilateral relations between special envoys of Armenia, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan and special representative of Turkey, former Ambassador of Turkey to the U.S. Serdar Kilic ended in Moscow, Ria Novosty news agency reported.
"The Armenian-Turkish negotiations, which were held for the first time in 13 years, ended in Moscow," the agency reported, without any details about the content and the outcome of the talks.
To remind, special envoys of Armenia and Turkey arrived at the Russian Foreign Ministry's Reception House in Moscow earlier today for the first meeting on normalization of bilateral relations.
