Yerevan ensures economic growth for Vahan Kerobyan
You may well remember that Armenia’s Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan assessed traffic jams in Yerevan as an indicator of economic activity. One must have Kerobyan's luck - even a day-long snowfall ensures economic growth for him.
You may argue that he was talking about January 3, but it was a working day, not, let's say, December 30, so that we would think that people were driving cars to buy bread.
