Armenia reports 293 fresh Covid cases on Jan. 15
Armenia has confirmed 293 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 347,377 as of 11 a.m. Saturday, January 15, the Ministry of Health reports.
Overall, 5,635 Covid-19 tests were conducted on January 14.
106 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 333,518.
The Covid-19 death toll has increased by 3 to 8,018. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,515 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 4,326 active cases. As many as 2,636,398 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
