Armenian peacekeeping contingent back from Kosovo
The Armenian servicemen, who have carried out a peacekeeping mission in Kosovo, have returned to Armenia, the press department at the ministry of defense reported.
The peacekeepers were greeted at a solemn ceremony attended by high-ranked commanders of the RA Armed Forces, Delegation members of the United States European Command, other guests.
Commander of the Peacekeeping Brigade of the Ministry of Defense Colonel A. Mangasaryan thanked the peacekeepers for their excellent service and wished success in their future service,
To note, Armenian servicemen have been participating in the peacekeeping mission in Kosovo since 2004, carried out by NATO.
