Armenia reports 1,931 new Covid cases on Jan. 26
Armenia has confirmed 1,931 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 355,662 as of 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 26, the Ministry of Health reports.
Overall, 7,721 Covid-19 tests were conducted on January 25.
147 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 334,696.
The Covid-19 death toll has increased by one to 8,033. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,525 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 11,408 active cases. As many as 2,692,959 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
