Armenia reports 1,362 fresh Covid cases on Jan. 31
Armenia has confirmed 1,362 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 367,795 as of 11 a.m. Monday, January 31, the Ministry of Health reports.
Overall, 4,673 Covid-19 tests were conducted on January 29.
286 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 336,005.
Seven new Covid-19 deaths have been reported in the country, taking the death toll to 8,053. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,535 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.
Armenia now has 22,202 active cases. As many as 2,726,988 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
