Court hearing in Robert Kocharyan’s case postponed again
The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction on Tuesday again postponed a hearing in the case involving second Armenian President Robert Kocharyan and former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan for a week.
The decision was made due to the absence of Kocharyan’s attorneys.
"Lawyers Hovhannes Khudoyan and Aram Orbelyan have told the court that they cannot attend the hearing due to health reasons, while Hayk Alumyan is taking part in the master's theses defense at the YSU Faculty of Law," said presiding judge Anna Danibekyan.
The hearing has been postponed to February 8.
