Armenian, Turkish special envoys meet again in Vienna
The Armenian and Turkish special representatives held a second round of talks on normalizing bilateral ties in Vienna on Thursday, the Armenian Foreign Ministry reported.
Deputy Speaker of Armenia's National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan and former Ambassador of Turkey to the U.S. Serdar Kilic reiterated that the ultimate goal of the negotiations is to achieve full normalization between Armenia and Turkey, as agreed during their first meeting in Moscow.
They exchanged views on possible concrete steps that can be mutually undertaken to that end and reiterated their agreement to continue the process without preconditions, the ministry said.
