Ural Airlines suspends flights to Armenia, other countries until end of March
Ural Airlines has suspended all flights to Armenia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Azerbaijan and Israel until the end of March, TASS reports, citing a statement posted on the airline’s Telegram channel on Saturday.
"Due to the current geopolitical environment Ural Airlines is forced to cancel the following international flights: to the UAE from March 4 to March 26, 2022, to Armenia from March 4 to March 26, 2022, to Azerbaijan from March 5 to March 26, 2022, to Israel from March 4 to March 26, 2022," the statement said.
Earlier, the air carrier announced cancellation of flights to Hungary, Spain, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Portugal and Turkey starting March 1 due to the closing of airspace of European countries.
