Azerbaijan fires mortars towards village school in Artsakh
The Azerbaijani military fired 120 mm mortars towards the school of Khnapat, a village in Artsakh’s Askeran region, on Friday morning.
Two mortar shells landed in the area near the village school, police of the Interior Ministry said.
No casualties were reported.
In addition, the Azerbaijani troops used loudspeakers to threaten the residents of the village of Taghavard in the Martuni region, telling them to leave their homes.
The Interior Ministry said the regional police departments were preparing reports over the incidents.
