Ombudsman: Azerbaijan doesn’t allow Artsakh to repair main gas pipeline
The people of Artsakh are deprived of a vital gas supply pipeline amid cold weather, Artsakh's Human Rights Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan said in tweet on Saturday, sharing a photo of snowy weather.
The Azerbaijani military denies access to determine the cause or fix the damage.
"Amid this cold weather, it’s 5th day that people in Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabakh are deprived of gas supply as the Azerbaijani side doesn’t allow the Artsakh side to repair the main gas pipeline coming from Armenia," Stepanyan tweeted.
