Gas supply restored in Artsakh
The repair work of the damaged gas pipeline in Artsakh was completed on Friday, the Artsakh Information Center reported.
“Natural gas is already supplied to the receiving point of ArtsakhGaz CJSC. At the same time, natural gas will be available to ArtsakhGaz CJSC subscribers starting from 19 March for safe and uninterrupted use,” the statement said.
The pipeline that carries natural gas from Armenia to Artsakh was damaged in an area currently under Baku’s control on March 8. Azerbaijani forces were impeding repair efforts, thus leaving the people of Artsakh without gas for some 10 days.
