Azerbaijani drone attack kills three Armenian soldiers in Artsakh
Three Armenian servicemen were killed in a strike by Azerbaijani drones in Artsakh’s eastern border area on Friday, the Artsakh Defense Ministry said in a statement.
“On March 25, because of the provocative actions of the enemy, in particular, the use of Bayraktar TB2 UAVs, contract soldiers of the Defense Army David Mirzoyan (b. 1978), Ishkhan Ohanyan (b. 1994) and Ararat Tevosyan (b. in 1990) were fatally wounded,” the statement says.
The Defense Ministry shares the grief of the loss and expresses support to relatives and fellow soldiers of the deceased.
Artsakh Ombudsman Gegham Stepanyan said earlier that 14 servicemen were wounded in the Azerbaijani attack.
