'Our lives are in danger': Peaceful protest against Azeri provocations held in Artsakh
A peaceful protest against the fresh Azerbaijani provocations was held in the Renaissance Square of Stepanakert, Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) on Saturday.
The protest was organized by the Artsakh Women for Artsakh’s Future initiative, Artsakhtert reported.
The organizers called on the international community and institutions to prevent a new genocide by Azerbaijan and the eviction of Armenians from Artsakh. Pointing to the existential threats the Armenians of Artsakh are facing due to the terrorist actions of Azerbaijan, the participants of the rally also called for the recognition of the Artsakh Republic for its salvation and security.
"Our rights are violated, our lives are in danger. Violating the basic points of the November 9 trilateral statement, the Azerbaijani troops are carrying out terrorist attacks. We call on Armenians around the world to unite and to stand by the Artsakh Armenians," said the members of the initiative.
