Armenia head coach praises Norwegian team ahead of friendly
The head coach of Armenia’s national football team praised the Norwegian team ahead of a friendly match between the two countries to be held in Oslo on Tuesday, March 29.
"Yes, we have analyzed the opponent's performances, and, of course, our last game against Montenegro. We expect a difficult match. Norway has a great team with young, talented players. I think this team will play a significant role at the international level very soon," Joaquin Caparros told a news conference.
The coach says the starting lineup of the Armenian team has already been determined, but it may change.
"There may be some changes because we want to see all the players in action in tough games. We're going to play four games in June, thus all the players must gain the proper experience. We want to be competitive," Caparros said.
The Norway-Armenia friendly kicks off at 9pm Yerevan time.
