Armenia among countries where Russians can spend their vacation this year
Russian travel agencies continue efforts to increase tourist programs abroad. Currently, there are 12 countries where Russian tourists can spend their holidays this year, the industry representatives told RIA Novosti.
The list includes the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Turkey, Thailand, Qatar, Egypt, Maldives, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Indonesia (Bali), Serbia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. It is possible to get there either by direct flights or via third countries, the source says.
Expanding the list requires time and careful consideration, as it depends on the restrictions imposed by other states as well as the possibility of organizing air travel.
