Artsakh parliament to hold special sitting on Thursday
The Artsakh National Assembly will hold a special sitting on Thursday with the adoption of a statement on the agenda, the parliament press office reported.
The decision to convene an emergency sitting was made at a working consultation chaired by Speaker Artur Tovmasyan and involving the parliamentary faction heads on Thursday morning.
The special sitting has been initiated by Artsakh MPs in compliance with Article 114 (Part 2) of the Constitution and Article 37 (Part 1) of the parliament statute.
