Opposition group to launch struggle for Pashinyan's removal
The “5165” opposition movement led by Karin Tonoyan, public figures Edgar Ghazaryan and Avetik Chalabyan are launching an “indefinite struggle” to remove Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan from office.
They claim that the latest remarks of Pashinyan and members of his Civil Contract party over the status of Artsakh signal their readiness to “hand over Artsakh to Azerbaijan”.
The movement members will hold a news conference in Yerevan’s Liberty Square on Tuesday, April 19, to unveil their action plan, they said in a video posted on Facebook.
"The time has come for a joint struggle for the salvation of Artsakh, the security of Armenia and the honor of Armenians," said the members.
