Artsakh MPs say ready to join forces to overcome current challenges
The Artsakh parliamentary factions on Friday met with the Stepanakert Municipality officials, members of the Council of Elders as well as heads of educational institutions, the Artsakh National Assembly said in a statement on Saturday.
During the meeting, they discussed external challenges, Artsakh’s status and security issues. The city government members led by Mayor David Sargsyan raised issues of concern to them, the parliament said.
Earlier on Friday, the lawmakers jointly travelled to the country’s regions, met with voters, spoke about the problems facing Artsakh and gave relevant assessments.
“The MPs assured that they were ready to join forces to overcome the current challenges and urged people to act in unison,” the statement said.
